Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a more intense type of massage with firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of the muscles and fascia to break up knots from stress. This type of massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains in the upper and low back pain, stiff neck and leg muscle tightness. It also benefits recovery from injuries, fibromyalgia and repetitive strain injury, such as carpal tunnel syndrome.

Swedish Massage
A full body massage designed to relax the entire body by rubbing the lubricated skin with lotion or oil and performing various massage strokes; long, gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart, but the benefits of Swedish massage go beyond relaxation. It can help increase the level of oxygen in the blood; improve circulation and flexibility, and break up adhesions in the tissue causing tension.

Couple Massage (Deep Tissue, Swedish)
A couples massage is a wonderfully relaxing, personal experience where both you and your friend or you and your partner are on two separate tables receiving massages at the same time and in the same room from two different therapists. Cupping Therapy with Acupressure
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin to create suction; this helps reduce pain in the body and inflammation. It is combined with acupressure for Somatic Emotional Release & full body’s organs internal energy Yin/Yang meridians release, allowing blood and oxygen to flow evenly through the body and removing emotional stressed blockages and produce deep relaxation, and a sense of well-being.

Hawawaiin Meltdown
Lomi Lomi, known as “loving hands,” is a traditional native Hawaiian massage that uses long strokes techniques, prayer, and breathing, to restore energy and soothe the body. It is gentle, but it goes deep into the muscles with continuous, flowing strokes, leaving you with a sensual feeling of a deep state of relaxation, or in a place of bliss and stillness. It improves circulation and immune response, increases range of motion and flexibility, calms the central nervous system to relieve anxiety and stress, lowers blood pressure, and slows the heart rate.

Tui na (Oriental Massage)
Tui na is a hands-on body manipulative therapy that uses Chinese Taoist principles to stimulate the flow of energy or Qi. Tui na promotes balance and flexibility, reduces swelling, relieves muscle tension, alleviates deep emotional anxiety, addresses explicit patterns of disharmony, leaving the body feeling lighter with mental clarity. It is recommended for pain management and injuries related to the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. This therapy is often used in combination with acupuncture, moxibustion, dry cupping and chiropractic care.

Coining Therapy
Coining Therapy known as Gua sha which means to rub or to create friction. It is a Traditional Chinese Medicine healing technique using a blunt instrument to apply repetitive strokes to stimulate the skin. A unidirectional press-stroking of a lubricated area of the body surface to intentionally create transitory therapeutic petechiae called ‘sha’ representing extravasations of blood in the subcutis. This therapy is a simple and effective way to release toxins, to relieve muscle tension and knots, to reduce inflammatory and benefit the immune system. It is often used in conjunction with acupuncture and chiropractic care.

Shiatsu
A type of Japanese massage that uses the fingers, palms and other techniques to apply pressure and stretch the skin. This bodywork is often performed without oil. It is very beneficial for stress reduction, musculoskeletal and emotional conditions. It stimulates the digestive system and relieves constipation. In general, Shiatsu is used to treat a broad range of chronic conditions such as: fatigue, insomnia, headaches, fibromyalgia, PMS, anxiety, and PMS syndrome.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a gentle herbal powder massage to support movement of the lymph fluids around the body. It stimulates metabolic waste products, excess fluid and bacteria and regenerates the tissues, detoxifies the body and promotes a healthy immune system. Lymphatic drainage massages can benefit people with lymphedema, fibromyalgia, post-operative, weight loss, reduction of pain and other conditions.

Udwarthanam
Udwarthanam: is an Ayurvedic dry herbal massage done on an authentic Ayurvedic massage table, using upward stroking motion where the powder is rubbed forcibly on the body to promote weight loss and detoxification. This therapeutic massage activates the nerves and increases blood flow to the affected body part, it activates, revitalizes and restores vitality, and removes cellulites and reduces weight. Thus preserving their strength, skin texture, and natural elasticity. Thakradhara: following a head massage, medicated buttermilk infused with herbs is poured slowly and steadily over the forehead. Thakradhara is used to manage and restore balance in cases of migraine headaches and ENT problems. It relieves insomnia, promotes blood circulation and relaxation to the brain; it reduces mental stress, and prevents hair loss.

‘Dhara’: this therapy emphasizes the use of herb infused oils or liquids poured over the body or head in a constant rhythmic method. It reduces the effects of vata dosha, rheumatism and some paralysis.
